We found out that the personal information in our possession was lost.

In October 1, 2010, one of our employees tried to send the official copy of the registration of corporation and some of our internal documents to the relevant department by fax in order to confirm the content of these documents but that was sent to a wrong place. |

On April 21, 2008, one of our employees received a copy of the driving license of our customer in order to identify the person who got involved in the sales and purchase agreement in terms of our property and took it back with him to our sales office. On the following day, we found out that the copy was lost. |

Development after the incident |
The personal information lost was found on July 15, 2007. We did not lose the personal information of our customer but we shall make the best efforts to avoid recurrence in the future. We would like to apology for any inconvenience to the customer and all concerned this may cause. |
