ARNEST ONE’s initial business was construction, after which we then expanded in scope and focused on the real estate sector, specializing in condominiums and single-family homes.

In 2005, listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we reached net sales of \200.0 billion per annum. More specifically, in the fiscal year ended March 2023, we reported net sales of \292 billion and declared income of \28 billion. In terms of volume, 9,866 single-family houses and 764 condominium units were delivered to owners over the same period. From the fiscal year 2002 to March 2023, we sold a total of 152,443 single-family houses and 19,759 condominium units. This remarkable achievement would not have been made possible without your support.
